How long does shipping take within the UK?

We offer complimentary next-day delivery on all UK orders placed before 2 PM GMT. Orders are shipped via fully insured courier services to ensure your watch arrives safely.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for all online purchases. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective plastics and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

All new watches come with the full manufacturer's international warranty. For pre-owned pieces, Time+Tide provides a 12-month mechanical warranty for your peace of mind.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I have my watch bracelet resized before shipping?

Certainly. If you provide your wrist measurement in the order notes, our in-house watchmakers will professionally resize the bracelet for you free of charge before dispatch.
